From Ms. Olson:  Thank you to all students and staff who assisted with the blood drive through their help and blood donations.  We collected 48 units, which earned us one $250 scholarship for a senior NHS member.  This year’s recipient is Jessica Sears, who donated a great deal of her time to help make the blood drive a success along with many other National Honor Society members.  We will look to build on that number for next year to try to earn more scholarships and help more people through donations.  On behalf of the American Red Cross, I thank you all for your caring in trying to help others.  Service is one of the pillars of National Honor Society, and I am proud of Stark County High School and its willingness to serve.
