Thursday’s Answer

When you sign up to donate blood you only donate 450 milliliters of blood or 1 pint. The human body contains 10-12 pints of blood so you have plenty more to make up for it. Yesterday’s winners were: Jacob Reay, Maegan DeWolfe, and John Carroll

Please see Ms. Olson on Monday to claim your prize.

Friday’s Question

Today is the last day; the day of the blood drive. We hope everyone has signed up to donate and be a hero. If you were not eligible to donate this year we hope that you will become a hero next year and give a small gift that can make a big difference. Thank you to everyone who signed up to donate and all the volunteers putting in time throughout the day so we can have another successful blood drive! Today’s trivia question: How many blood donations are needed in the U.S. everyday? Please go to the library to submit your answer and we will draw three winners to be announced on Monday.
